POLICE CHASE: Clifton police investigating a burglary report found an ex-con carrying a loaded gun in his backpack, authorities said Monday.

GUNNED DOWN: A 16-year-old boy was shot and killed and a 17-year-old companion wounded on a Paterson street, authorities confirmed Sunday morning.

JUST PUPS:  Former Just Pups owner Vincent LoSacco of Emerson on Thursday evening signed over more than 70 dogs to the SPCA days after his East Hanover store was shut down , rescue officials told Daily Voice.
