Billboard-Topping Rapper Fetty Wap To Perform At Paterson High School

PATERSON, N.J. -- Thursday will be a bit of a homecoming for the current hottest talent in rap, Fetty Wap. The Paterson-based rapper plans to perform a free concert for high school students Paterson High School, according to NJ.com.

Launched to the top of the charts with his hit singles 'Trap Queen' and 'My Way', the East Side High School graduate will put on a students-only show with 1200 tickets available. Born Willie Maxwell II, Fetty Wap cites his upbringing in the projects of Paterson as influential in forming his unique musical style.

Other artists associated with Fetty's North Jersey crew will also perform at the show, according to the NJ.com article.
