The menu an affair of word-burning pies, but also includes imported Italian meats and cheeses, house-made mozzarella and weekly pizza specials.
Local produce will be seasonally sourced from local Bracco Farms in Warwick, N.Y.
The BYO restaurant is open for dinner four days a week (Wednesday–Saturday) from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Reservations accepted for parties of 5 or 6 only.
