The crash occurred at about 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 6 at the toll plaza northbound entrance ramp at Exit 89A (Route 70 East) in Lakewood Township, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
The driver was not injured and refused medical attention, according to New Jersey State Police Sgt. Philip Curry.
One lane was blocked, 511nj.org reported.
