Man Who Sexually Assaulted Young Girl At Large: Somerset County Prosecutor A 38-year-old Somerset resident is at large after he sexually assaulted a girl for four years authorities said. From 2018 through 2022, Cipriano Diaz sexually assaulted a girl under the age of 13, the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office said. The assaults occurred in Franklin Township, authorities said. A warrant has been issued for Diaz's arrest, authorities said. Diaz is 6'3" and weighs 210 pounds.
