A Somerset County man was caught masturbating in public months after being accused of sharing child pornography, linking him to several past offenses, authorities said.
Bernandino Gonzalez Lorenzana, 36, of Robin Road in Hillsborough, was arrested on Wednesday, April 6 and charged with three counts of peering, two counts of lewdness, and an additional count of lewdness as a disorderly person’s offense, Somerset County Prosecutor John P.
