Organs Of Towson Student Killed In Crash Will Save Others, Mom Says The mother of a 19-year-old Towson University student who was killed in a Baltimore County crash said her organs will save the lives of others. Catherine Pratt, of Easton, was heading north on Greenspring Avenue in Reisterstown when her Kia Sorrento veered off the road and struck a fence before coming to rest in a field on July 31, county police said. Pratt died on Aug. 1. The cause of this crash remains under investigation by Baltimore County police. Palisades Parkway PD: Boy, 1, Abducted From NJ Lookout Found Safe In NY Palisades Interstate Parkway police found a 1-year-old boy safe and sound in Orange County, NY after his mother's boyfriend abducted him from a Hudson River lookout in New Jersey late Monday afternoon, authorities said. The boy’s mother, 24, called PIP police after her boyfriend took her son and drove off, leaving her at the Rockefeller Lookout rest area on the northbound parkway shortly after 4:30 p.m., Sgt. Pedestrian Struck And Killed By Car In Franklin A man attempting to cross the street in Franklin Tuesday night was killed when he was struck by a car, police said.  The man, whose identity was withheld pending notification of next of kin, was struck by an eastbound Kia Sorrento driven by a Somerset resisdent shortly before 10 p.m. The fatal crash occurred on Amwell Road near Doria Road.  He was pronounced dead at an area hospital, police said.  Anyone with information is asked to call the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office Collision Analysis Reconstruction Team at (908) 231-7100, or Officer Jose Jaime of the Fr…
