Mother's Ale House in Wayne has hit the real estate market. The Route 23 Mountainview Boulevard building spans 11,695 square square feet, according to the listing by New Vistas Corp. The sale comes with a liquor license, parking lot with 76 spaces, and a finished basement to be used as a banquet room. The restaurant closed two months ago. Feds: International Fugitive Admits Role In $30 Million NJ Mortgage Fraud
A New Jersey mortgage company loan officer who’d been an international fugitive for several years admitted his role in a long-running, large-scale scam that cost lenders more than $30 million, authorities said. Isaac DePaula, 41, and a group of conspirators pulled off the scheme through a company called Premier Mortgage Services (PMS), according to a complaint on file in U.S. District Court in Newark. Clementon Park & Splashworld Reopening After Foreclosure
It's been a wild ride for Clementon Park & Splashworld, but a smoother path is up ahead. The 114-year-old South Jersey amusement and splash park is reopening on Friday after being closed for nearly two years.
