Paul Apostolopoulos has graduated from the food truck to the storefront. Apostolopoulos with his wife, Jen, have opened Rock'n The Grill, a new restaurant in Glen Rock. An Olympic rower who spent three years training in New Jersey is bringing the restaurant that he opened as a food truck with his brother 10 years ago to Amazon's new Virginia headquarters this summer.
