7 Pounds Hash, $79K Seized At Jersey Shore Drug Production Facility: Prosecutor A 35-year-old man from Ocean County has been indicted in connection with producing drugs at his home, authorities said. Daniel Kessel, of Toms River Township, was indicted by a grand jury on charges of maintaining or operating a controlled dangerous substance production facility, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D.
