Dunkin' is introducing a new concept to Bergen County. The store at 233 N. Franklin Turnpike in Ramsey will be celebrating a grand reopening of its Ramsey location on Friday, May 31. The first 100 guests will receive a coupon book containing four free medium hot or iced coffee coupons per month for 14 months. Tatum Menake's dream of owning a restaurant matched what she saw in Lincroft: a need for an upscale brunch spot. Menake said she's opening a breakfast and lunch restaurant called Tatum's Table.
