Jersey Shore Man Wanted After Arizona Pursuit Near Mexico Border: Authorities A Monmouth County man on federal probation eluded authorities in Arizona after engaging police in a vehicle pursuit on Tuesday, Nov. 7. At 9:56 p.m., police in Wilcox, a town in Cochise County, attempted to stop a 2023 Telluride that was driving at a high rate of speed.  Arthur Mathurin, a 32-year-old Eatontown resident, failed to yield, and continued to drive at an excessive rate of speed, the Cochise County's Sherriff Office said.  Mathurin eventually bailed from his vehicle along with four other people, the sheriff's office said.
