Police ID Man Found Shot Dead Inside Central Jersey Vehicle Authorities have identified the man found shot to death inside a vehicle in Piscataway. Jibreel Elliott, 31, of Plainfield, has been identified as the victim of a shooting that took place on Monday, Sept. 5, at 4:02 a.m. on Aspen Court, according to the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office. Elliott was found in his vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds and taken to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead. Gunshot Victim Found In Central Jersey Car Dies: Prosecutor A man found with gunshot wounds inside of his car has died, authorities in Middlesex County said. The unidentified male was found inside a car near Aspen Court in Piscataway around 4 a.m. Labor Day, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone said. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The incident was being investigated as a homicide.
