Man, 27, Killed In Jersey Shore Shooting: Prosecutor
A 27-year-old man from Asbury Park was killed in a shooting last week, authorities said. The victim has been identified as Derek L. Bussey, according to Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago. Shortly after 11:45 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 9, members of the Asbury Park Police Department responded to Atkins Avenue between Adams Street and Boston Way on a report of a shooting, Santiago said. An Ocean County man has been arrested for allegedly killing his wife and leaving her body on the side of a road in Ocean Township, authorities said. Jeremy B.
