Smoke billowed from the Coyle Trail when firefighters arrived to flames consuming the second floor and attic around noon, the Martinsville Fire Department said.
A firefighter apparently suffered a deep cut to the torso, according to initial and unconfirmed reports.
Finderne Fire, Bound Brook Fire, Warren Fire, Green Knoll Fire, South Bound Brook Fire, Liberty Corner Fire, Somerset County Mutual Aide Coordinators, Martinsville Rescue, Bradley Gardens Rescue, the Bridgewater Fire Officials office, North Branch Vol Fire Company, Bridgewater Construction Code and the Bridgewater Police Department responded.
