Popular Elmwood Park Wing Spot Blue 42 Expands To Morris County After nine years in Bergen County, Blue 42 is ready to spread its wings — literally. The Elmwood Park restaurant is opening as WINGMAN by Blue 42 in Morris County, taking over the former Dunkin’ on Main Street in Lincoln Park in November.
