Shoppers at the Target store in Jersey City Friday afternoon were treated to a surprise visit from none other than Taylor Swift. The singer said on her Instagram account she visits the retailer in various cities as part of "an inventory check," an apparent reference to her latest album Lover. North Jersey Girl Scout troops are enjoying Taylor Swift concerts on her dime this weekend. The country-pop singer, a Girl Scout alumna, gifted hundreds of tickets to Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey for the Friday night and Sunday night "reputation" tour concerts at MetLife Stadium. Any scout registered for the 2018-19 year was given two free tickets on a first-come first-serve basis. It's not too late to attend one of Taylor Swift's three shows this weekend at MetLife Stadium. The country-pop artist eliminated ticket fees for her reputation Stadium Tour in March and still has yet to sell out many of the shows. Taylor Swift Eliminates Ticket Fees Ahead Of MetLife Stadium Shows
There's a blank space in MetLife Stadium, and Taylor Swift is really hoping you'll write your name. The country-pop artist has yet to sell out any shows for her "Reputation" tour, beginning in less than three weeks. Ticketmaster, however, is offering a three-day break on service fees, reducing the ticket price by 19 percent. The promotion ends Thursday, April 19 at 10 p.m. Swift is slated to perform at MetLife stadium July 20 to 22.
