Both were taken by ambulances to The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood with injuries that responders said weren’t life-threatening after the cross at Goffle Road and Lake Avenue. Joseph Dunsay, 40, of Hackensack was speeding while approaching a construction zone Thursday when a village officer tried to stop him, Ridgewood Police Chief Jacqueline Luthcke said.
