After more than a year, the Park & Ride along the Garden State Parkway in Montvale, NJ is days away from reopening. Montvale Mayor Mike Ghassali said the commuter area, which had been closed and temporarily relocated to Rockland County, NY due to renovations at the James Gandolfini Rest Area, will open on Tuesday, Oct. 1.
