Tenafly's Bow Tie Cinemas Closes
Bow Tie Cinemas in Tenafly has shut its doors. The theater still has hope, according to Bow Tie Cinemas owner and CEO Ben Moss, who told NorthJersey.com he will be forced to close if the borough designates his property as a historic landmark. This Is Sears' Last Weekend Ever In Paramus Park Mall
PARAMUS, N.J. -- Saturday will be Sears' final day before shuttering at the Paramus Park Mall more than four decades after opening. There is a major sale on exercise equipment and home appliances, its website says. The bottom store will be replaced by a Stew Leonard's supermarket and the top a 12-screen movie theater. The Sears store opened in August 1974, five months after the mall did.
