Police responding to reports of shots fired at MLK Drive and Wilkinson Avenue found Dawkins and another man shooting each other around 3:35 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 13, Jersey City spokeswoman Kimberly Wallace-Scalcione said. Murder: Pair Charged In Fatal Jersey City Shooting A pair of men have been charged with murder in a Jersey City shooting that left one man dead in June, authorities announced. Quadre Domnie, 21, of Jersey City, and Jekhi Wade, 19, of North Plainfield, are responsible for killing Kyle Howard, 34, of Newark, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. Domnie and Wade shot Howard around 11:15 p.m. on Forrest Street and MLK Drive on Sunday, June 12, Suarez said. Howard was rushed to the hospital in a private car and later died. Witnesses heard after a group of people sprung out of a BMW — possibly stolen – and chased the victim into the alley between MLK Drive and Bergen Avenue around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 6, NJ Advance Media says citing police radio transmissions. Felicia Stewart was found with gunshot wounds in her back at Grant Avenue and MLK Drive around 1 a.m. Tuesday, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. 13-Year-Old Girl Charged With Murder In Shooting Death Of Jersey City Man A 13-year-old girl was charged with murder in the shooting death of a 35-year-old man in Jersey City earlier this month, authorities said. The teen was apprehended and arrested by Jersey City police just before 7 p.m. on Christmas Eve, near Union Street and MLK Drive, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. It was not clear how Holmes, of Jersey City, and the teen knew each other.
