Update: Mom, Young Daughter, Father-In-Law Found Dead In East Brunswick Backyard Pool
A woman, her daughter and the girl's grandfather all drowned in an above-ground backyard pool in Middlesex County on Monday, responders said.
Neighbors on Clearview Road called 911 about a possible fall victim, saying they heard screams around 4:15 p.m., East Brunswick Police Lt. Frank Sutter said.
Responders found the bodies of Bharat Patel, 62, his daughter-in-law, Nisha Patel, 33, and her 8-year-old daughter, who wasn't identified because of her age.
