Maywood's Marketplace Doubles Parking Spaces With New Lot They paved paradise and put up a parking lot.  Maywood's Marketplace has nearly doubled its parking spaces with a brand new parking lot that opened Thursday, July 5. The neighborhood grocer tore down a house on West Passaic Street to make way for the additional parking. Maywood's Marketplace is located at 78 W. Pleasant Ave., Maywood.
