Robbers Who Dragged Victim In Costco Parking Lot Nabbed By NJ Town's Mayor: Police The mayor of a North Jersey town helped apprehend a pair of robbers who stole a woman's purse and then dragged her through a Costco parking lot before fleeing, authorities said. The 60-year-old victim was loading her vehicle with a companion in Bayonne's Costco lot around 5:15 p.m. Tuesday, Police Capt. Eric Amato said. Two male passengers later identified as Pedro Henrique, 19, and a 17-year-old boy, both of Newark, pulled up in a maroon vehicle and tried taking her purse from a shopping cart, Amato said.
