Ski-Masked Elmwood Park, Garfield Thieves Lead Route 3 Pursuit: Police Two ski-masked men were arrested after their vehicle crash culminating a Route 3 pursuit Wednesday, Feb. 7, authorities said. A resident called police saying two men in ski masks were stealing from homes in the north end of Secaucus around 10:40 a.m., Secaucus Police Chief Dennis Miller said.
