Christopher Valacer was using an e-commerce app when he noticed that Ralph Censale, a 45-year-old carpenter, "was selling a large amount of new power tools for far less than the fair market value," Capt. Irvington Man Sentenced For Role In $2.4M Fake Check Scam An Irvington man has been sentenced to 37 months in prison for taking part in a scam that cost home improvement stores millions of dollars, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.  Reginald Phillips, 56, had previously pleaded guilty to a count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
