Woman Killed In Crash Was Analyst For NJ Governor's Office: Murphy The 25-year-old Princeton resident killed in a car crash on New Year's Day, in Middlesex County has been identified as a former state worker. Louisa Bradlow Carman worked as a policy analyst in the state's Office of Health Care Affordability and Transparency, New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy said.
