A serious crash closed a portion of the Garden State Parkway in Ocean County Saturday, July 15. UPDATE: Four people were wounded -- one seriously -- when gunfire erupted at a Clifton nightclub before dawn Friday, authorities confirmed. The gunman remained at large following the 2:47 a.m. June 16 shooting inside the Made In Miami Bar & Bistro on Harding Avenue, law enforcement sources told Daily Voice. UPDATE: A multi-vehicle crash involving an overturned dump truck stopped Wednesday morning rush-hour traffic on Route 80. The eastbound express lanes just past Exit 62 and a westbound lane were closed after the truck pitched onto the divider and spilled both gravel and diesel fuel in Saddle Brook shortly after 6:30 a.m. June 7, responders said. A victim was in traumatic arrest after being ejected in a rollover evening rush-hour crash at the northern end of the Garden State Parkway, responders said. A ferocious, fast-moving fire destroyed a Saddle Brook home Wednesday night. One minor injury was reported in the blaze, which responders said ignited in the garage of a two-story home on Nicholas Court off Pehle Avenue near the Garden State Parkway shortly before 9:30 p.m. April 12. A law enforcement officer fired a shot and an NJ TRANSIT bus was involved in a crash during a pursuit in East Orange on Sunday, responders said. An SUV apparently was being pursued when it crashed and its three occupants bailed out at the intersection of Springdale and Arlington avenues near the Garden State Parkway overpass around noon on March 26. An injured driver told police her Ford Bronco was struck Friday morning in Paramus by a large box truck that kept going. The driver, 60, walked to a Paramus EMS ambulance after the crash at South Paramus Road and Mack Center Drive just off the Garden State Parkway at 10 a.m. March 17.
