Battle rapper Tsu Surf must spend a plea-bargained five years in federal prison for what authorities described as a leadership role in a violent drug-selling Newark street gang. The 32-year-old rapper – whose real name is Rahjon Cox -- was one of 10 reputed members of the Rollin’ 60s Neighborhood Crips charged under federal RICO statutes following a massive North Jersey roundup last year. A traveler at JFK Airport might've thought he was smooth, but spread the word: Gun parts hidden in jars of peanut butter aren't going to make it past the TSA. Port Authority PD: Traveler Caught With Pistol, Ammo In Carry-On Bag
TSA agents at Newark Airport found a loaded handgun in the carry-on bag of a Pennsylvania man who was immediately taken into custody, Port Authority police said. Adam Scott, 52, of Barto, PA also had five hollow-point bullets in his bag along with the Smith & Wesson .38-caliber pistol as it passed through the X-ray screener Saturday afternoon, the authority's Joseph Pentangelo said.
