Details Released In Pcti Football Game Shooting, Teen In Custody Details have been released in the shooting following a football game at the Passaic County Technical Institute (PCTI) Friday night, Aug. 30. A 16-year-old has been arrested in the shooting a 15-year-old and 16-year-old around 7:30 p.m. at PCTI school in Wayne, where the football team had faced Lenape High School, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Passaic County Acting Sheriff Gary F. Giardina said. Police found a 15-year-old juvenile and a 16-year-old juvenile suffering from non-fatal gunshot wounds. NY Man, 26, Charged Twin Sister's Teaneck Murder: Prosecutor A 26-year-old New York man has been charged with murder in the Thursday, Aug. 15 death of his twin sister, authorities said. Jonathan Hagley shot and killed Naomi Hagley in a home on Hickory Street around 8:25 a.m., Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said. Naomi was taken to an area hospital where she was pronounced dead, her twin brother fled the scene, Musella said.
