Girls' Basketball Program Sets Bowling Fundraiser In Elmwood Park

ELMWOOD PARK, N.J.– The Playherz Basketball Club will have a bowling party fundraiser and celebrate Kennedy High School girls' basketball player Tajae Stevenson's verbal commitment to Temple University at Parkway Lanes in Elmwood Park.

The Aug. 27 event is from 8:30 p.m. until midnight.

The suggested donation is $20.

Stevenson is a 6-foot-1, rising senior wing who already has eclipsed 1,000 career points.

Playherz Basketball Club is an Adidas-sponsored girls' basketball program.

Parkway Lanes is at 200 Route 46.
