Some city subway service resumes tomorrow, Cuomo says

UPDATE: Limited Metro-North service resumes this afternoon at 2 o’clock.

There will also be limited New York City subway service beginning at 2 p.m. tomorrow, Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced early this afternoon.

New York City buses are at full service.

Power won’t be restored south of 39th Street for some time, the governor said.
