Officers found the heroin on 22-year-old Vincent Celentano after a 4:15 p.m. traffic stop on Locust Street, Police Chief Michael Foligno said this morning.
They found the crack, the pipe and several Xanax pills after stopping Scott Hansen, 24, of Saddle Brook on River Drive at 9:30 p.m., Foligno said.
Both were released on court summonses.
