A Blue Stone employee conducting a monthly maintenance check discovered the drugs and paraphernalia and notified police, Police Chief Michael Foligno said after his officers responded to the 18th Avenue residence around 11 a.m.
“It was apparent that not only were they using this location to use their drugs but also to sell and store them,” Foligno said.
Along with the drugs, bags and needles police also found a portable burner commonly used to cook heroin, the chief said.
Whoever left it there apparently was using two unlocked first-floor windows to get in, he said.
An investigation was continuing.
