Elmwood Park police bust two with 27 bags of heroin

YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: Elmwood Park police arrested two men who they said were carrying 27 bags of heroin between them, along with hypodermic syringes, in the parking lot of the Broadway Pathmark last night.

Taylor Floyd, 22, of Old Bridge and 21-year-old David Bautista of Howell were released on summonses on charges of possessing drugs and the syringes, Police Chief Michael Foligno told CLIFFVIEW PILOT.

Bautista also was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
