SADDLE BROOK, N.J. -- The Saddle Brook Crowne Plaza hotel was shut down for the night Wednesdasy after a second floor sewerage backup leaked onto electrical panels in the lobby, authorities said.
Roughly 150 guests were transferred to other hotels, with assistance from police, Police Chief Robert Kugler told Daily Voice.
PSE&G responded and temporarily shut the power, he said.
Building managers were assessing what needed to be done, the chief said.
