Chopper flyover set for Jason and Justin car show fundraiser in Saddle Brook

SHOUT OUT: A state emergency services chopper will do a special flyover during a Mr. Cupcakes Car Show fundraiser Sunday at the Saddle Brook Bennigans for two Elmwood Park boys born with an incurable genetic disorder.

Jason and Justin Lieder have Hunter Syndrome, which progressively damages the body and brain and leaves its victims with a life expectancy of 10 to 15 years. It affects just over 320 boys in the U.S.

The second annual event at the Midland Avenue restaurant runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and benefits Jason & Justin of Let Them Be Little x2.

There will be three trophies awarded for each class of car, truck and motorcycle, as well as live bands, deejay music, door prizes, a tricky tray, live auctions and a 50/50 raffle.

There will be vendors and activities for kids, including a fun bus, face painter, balloon animals and pictures with the Mr. Cupcakes mascot.

Bennigans will remain open for food and beverages.
