Cheers! Saddle Brook's Plank Pizza Wins Bergen's DVlicious Best Craft Bar

SADDLE BROOK, N.J. -- Bergen is full of watering holes that would please even the nerdiest of beer experts. But only one -- The Plank Pizza Co Beer Parlor -- won the overwhelming majority, making it the "DVlicious Best Craft Beer Bar" in the county.

The Saddle River bar, which captured 49 percent of the vote, boasts 41 rotating draft lines and, anywhere between 200 and 300 bottles and cans. "We are an all craft beer parlor," said Co-Owner Ian Polanco. "We don't offer any macro brews."

The restaurant, at 383 Market St, will receive a framed DVlicious certificate as well as the pride in knowing it has "raised the bar" in Bergen County.

For the record, The Beer Spot & Grill in Fort Lee came in a close second with 40 percent of the vote.
