Schedule Set For Saddle Brook's Memorial Day Parade

SADDLE BROOK, N.J. -- The Memorial Day Parade in Saddle Brook steps off on Sunday, May 29.

Saddle Brook will once again honor those men and women who have given their lives protecting the United States. 

Here is a look at the schedule:

9:00 a.m. American Legion Market Street /Welcome Road

10:00 a.m. Fire Dept. Engine 1 Saddle River Road/ Cambridge Avenue

12:00 p.m. Town Hall 93 Market Street

1:00 p.m. Korean War Veterans Fairlawn Parkway

The parade will begin 1:30 at the Korean War Monument and the line of march is as follows: Fairlawn Parkway and Evans Place south to Cambridge Avenue; east on Cambridge to Saddle River Road; south on Saddle River Road to Market Street; then west on Market Street to Washington School.

The tricentennial committee is planning a float with elected officials and past mayors.

The parade was organized by Saddle Brook VFW Post 3484.
