SADDLE BROOK, N.J. – The 6th Annnual Richard Onorevole Prayerful Walk for Life is set for Saturday, Oct. 17 at 10 a.m. at St. Philip the Apostle Church.
There will be an invocation and ceremony with the Rev. Peter West of the Archdiocese of Newark as guest speaker.
West has spent over 25 years in the pro-life movement and has served with Priests for Life.
He has appeared on radio and TV, including “EWTN Live with Fr. Mitch Pacwa,” spreading the Gospel of Life, and has had articles published in ZENIT, The American Thinker, LifeSiteNews.com, and LifeNews.com.
Following the ceremony, there will be 1.2-mile walk beginning at 11 a.m. to Sacred Heart Church at Rochelle and Terrace Avenues in Rochelle Park. The walk will end with Benediction. Refreshments will follow.
St. Philip the Apostle Church is located at 488 Saddle River Road in Saddle Brook.
