Overeaters Anonymous Offers Free Help In Saddle Brook

SADDLE BROOK, N.J. -- The non-profit Overeaters Anonymous group will hold several meetings in Saddle Brook to help people with weight problems at the Kessler Institute.

Overeaters Anonymous offers a program of recovery from compulsive eating using the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of OA.

The Tuesday session will run from 7:15 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. Wednesday will have two sessions, one beginning at 7:30 p.m. and the other at 8:35 p.m.

OA charges no dues or fees; it is self-supporting through member contributions.

The Kessler Institute is located at 300 Market St.
