A plane landing at Newark Airport was met by police after a female passenger made a bomb threat in the air. Authorities removed the woman from United Flight 2329 from Chicago after landing at 9:40 p.m. a TSA spokesperson said. Officials swept the plane and found nothing dangerous on board. A man who tried carrying a large sword onto a plane at Newark Airport was nabbed by TSA agents. A woman form Fort Lee tried to board a flight at Newark Liberty International Airport Tuesday with a cane that concealed a dagger, the Transportation Security Administration said. The Transportation Security Administration is looking for the owner of a nonvenomous snake that was found near a security checkpoint at Newark Liberty International Airport Monday night. The 15-inch ring-necked snake, which is black and has a yellow band of coloring on its neck, was seen by a child in Terminal C. A TSA officer grabbed the snake and placed it in a checkpoint bin. A group of Port Authority police officers brought an unresponsive man back to life at Newark Airport. The 73-year-old victim's pulse had stopped when a TSA agent alerts Sgt. Anthony Giordano and Officers Steve Collegio, Jorge Fujita, Kyle Cherrick, Evangelos Mageros and Michael Raccioppi at a Terminal C checkpoint around 4 p.m. Tuesday, Port Authority Spokeswoman Lenis Rodrigues said. Passaic County rapper Juelz Santana admitted in federal court on Thursday that he brought a gun into Newark Airport earlier this year. Santana, 36, of Totowa -- whose real name is Laron L. TSA agents at Newark Airport found a loaded handgun in the carry-on bag of a Pennsylvania man who was immediately taken into custody, Port Authority police said.
