Ricardo, the bull that captured the Garden State's attention after it wandered onto the train tracks last month, is recovering after battling a deadly infection, his caretakers said. Skylands Animal Sanctuary in Wantage said on Facebook they discovered Ricardo had road rash on his leg when they rescued him after his trip on the tracks. An Amtrak signal issue at New York Penn Station has suspended NJ Transit service on Friday, Jan. 12, officials said.
