Y. -- Dramatic readings of a new play that highlights family life amid racial tensions in the 1950s are planned for later this months at the Spring Street Arts Center at St. John's in South Salem. Directed by Zoya Kachadurian, "Little Creek" takes the stage at 8 p.m. on Oct. 14 and Oct. 15. Written by local playwright and former director Gayle Hudson, of Waccabuc, the play is loosely based on on a real person she met as a child growing up in Delaware. Multiple Car Accidents Keep Danbury Firefighters Busy On Sunday DANBURY, Conn. -- Sunday night proved busy for Danbury firefighters who responded to car accidents that left at least four people with injuries, according to the News-Times.The accidents involved cars hitting utility poles, and required extrication of several people who were pinned in their cars, the News-Times said.  One accident involved two cars and a utility pole on Rose Hill Avenue that occurred at about 7:30 p.m.  Two people had to be extricated, and all four went to the hospital, the News-Times reported.  A short time later, a car hit a utility pole along Liberty Street, pinning one …
