The 18-year-old man killed in a crash on I-95 in Maryland over the weekend has been identified as a former New Jersey high school athlete. Gage Myers played basketball and baseball for Gloucester City High School, records show. He graduated in 2023. A tractor-trailer burst into flames on the I-95 approach from the New Jersey Turnpike to the George Washington Bridge, clogging the Tuesday morning rush. The driver got the rig onto the shoulder of the local lanes near mile marker 117, roughly two-tenths of a mile before the Ridgefield Park exit, shortly after 6:30 a.m. May 16.
