North Arlington Launches $1.2 Million Road Repavement Project NORTH ARLINGTON, N.J. — North Arlington is bonding $1.2 million to help repave portions of eight different roads in town. Parts of Eagle Street, Park Avenue, Hendel Avenue, Second Street, Bathurst Avenue, Allen Drive, Fourth Street and Lorrigane Place will be repaved. The roads were identified as being in the most dire need of repair after a recent townwide inspection, North Arlington Borough Administrator Steve LoIacono told Daily Voice. Hackensack To Get New Performing Arts Center HACKENSACK, N.J. — The Hackensack Performing Arts Center is moving into a newer, larger home. Artistic Director Greg Liosi told Daily Voice the Performing Arts Center will vacate its 117-seat theater at 39 Broadway at the end of the year for a new, 224-seat theater at 102 State Street. "I'm ridiculously excited," Liosi told Daily Voice. "This will be a gorgeous new facility that is the perfect size for us."
