The report provides information on local morbidity and mortality rates, maternal and child health, public health investigations, emergency preparedness, social services and more. Rutherford Boy Scout Completes Labyrinth For Local Church RUTHERFORD, N.J. — It took 220 total hours and $1,200, but Grace Episcopal Church in Rutherford has a brand new labyrinth on its lawn, thanks to 15-year-old Boy Scout Thomas Nowoslawski.
