The woman walked under her own steam to a nearby ambulance and was taken to The Valley Hospital after falling off at the intersection of Oak Street and East Ridgewood Avenue.

The parade was temporarily halted while police removed the float and the pickup truck that was towing it from the parade and parked both at the nearby Mason’s Hall. They checked all paperwork as part of a preliminary investigation.
