Authorities who issued the driver a summons for failing to maintain a lane were trying to determine exactly what happened, village Police Capt. Jacqueline Luthcke told Daily Voice.

The pump at Route 17 Exxon was incinerated.

Although none of the three occupants -- ages 21, 22 and 37 -- was injured seriously, Luthcke said, all were taken to The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood.
