YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: A Ridgewood man upset over traffic tickets he’d gotten earlier in the day punched a hole in a wall at village police headquarters and was arrested a short time later, authorities said.

Matthew Boucher-Kerns, 22, was released on a Municipal Court summons charging him with criminal mischief after breaking a hole near an elevator just before 1 p.m. yesterday, Detective Chris McDowell said this morning.
